Eat, Move and Think

Eat, Move, and Think.....

Three basic elements for a simple healthy lifestyle.

Ah! Eating something the Hilbert family does so well.

When one of the girls was diagnosed with a dairy allergy, we realized label reading is essential.
Now, we are becoming more aware of the ingredients in food, we have decided our family will eat clean. No were not vegans, we live in the Beef state, with a real Man. Clean consist of
real food, no processed, everything your Great Grandma would eat. (Minus the Whiskey)

Living in Montana the people here are very activity. I love to watch 70 year women snow shoe, they look like they are 50 and could whip a teenagers tail end blind folded. Lord please let that be me someday. So" when in Rome, Do as the Romans," or in our case Montanans. For you to truly get the physical benefits of a healthy lifestyle you must move 30 minutes a day. This could be as simple as a walk. The kick is, doing it at least 5 days out of the week for the balance. The brain requires movement, watch any little kid they can't sit still for very long, because their brain is growing and developing. As adults we find excuses to not move, therefore the brain is lagging. And we fill our bodies with caffeine, therefore creating a cycle of highs and lows. When what our bodies really need is a healthy balance.

"Finally tinking," as Saylor says.
How you think impacts the brain, this effects the nervous system. When the nervous system, which is located in the spinal cord is effected it thows off the entire body's balance. Positive thinking is very difficult for our house, those hormones always get in the way, not to mention we do have to live. Life has stressors and believe me, we have our share. We have decided for our health the way we think is critical. To combat negative thinking we will speak 3 positive things to
others and ourselves everyday. Taking captive those thoughts that will throw off our balance.

Maybe a Healthy lifesytle is as easy as mind over matter.
